Laura Martin is an award winning, senior level PR professional and expert strategist, specialising in music, events and brand consultancy.  

Over ten years Laura grew and directed the UK's leading music and events PR company Anorak London from 2003-2013.  She built the Anorak brand to an 18 man PR team situated in Spitalfields, east London turning over 600k+ per annum.  Laura set up Real Life PR ltd in April 2013.

Over her 13 year career Laura has supervised music PR campaigns for Bjork, Bombay Bicycle Club, Mumford & Sons, Friendly Fires, Foals, Angel Haze, Lianne la Havas, Ghostpoet, Michael Kiwanuka, Metronomy, Underworld, Charlotte Church, James Blake, Hudson Mohawke, Battles, TNGHT, Of Monsters and Men, Marilyn Manson, Paul Weller, !!!, Rudimental, Mount Kimbie + many more.

In the brand space, Laura has strategized campaigns for brand clients  such as Leon restaurants, Black Eyewear, Channel 4, Three Mobile & Spotify. More recently she has developed creative PR & comms campaigns for Red Bull Studios and United Talent Agency (formerly The Agency Group).

Laura's previous company won a hat trick for ‘Best Online PR Company’ at the ROTD awards 2008, 2009, 2011 and was nominated for ‘Most Effective Campaign for a Live Event’ at the 2013 awards.
